It is near Silverdale shopping mall, cafes, and restaurants, so it is good for finding a part-time job. There are many beaches and parks nearby, so in summer the neighborhood has the atmosphere of spending a vacation at a resort. Talk in English with foreigners at home and enjoy Kiwi life. There are three nearby free English classes.
