Warm Double room - private bathroom and private entrance

Posted by chossi2 · Oct 6, 2026

We are looking for a flatmate to use the first floor of a warm and quiet house in Glenfield. You will use a separate entrance on the first floor, and a private refrigerator and simple cooking utensils will be provided. You will share the laundry room in the first-floor garage and the kitchen located on the second floor, and you may also use all cooking utensils. The husband runs a shop, the wife works full-time, and the son is a student, so they are rarely at home. There is a newlywed couple on the third floor, and they also work 6 days a week, so you can think of the house as being quiet overall. Your privacy will be well guaranteed. The bus stop for the city, Smales Farm, and Constellation is a 5-minute walk away, and parking is available on the street. (It is safe because it is a dead-end road.) We are looking for students or working people. You will like it when you see the house in person. If you are interested, please contact us.
