Looking for a woman to rent a single room in the Sugartree apartments in Auckland CBD. *I clean the kitchen, living room, and bathroom frequently, so the apartment is clean (looking for someone who will keep these spaces clean). *I stock up on fabric softener in various scents, so you are welcome to share it. Toilet paper is also shared. *Bedding is included, and all kitchenware (dishes, frying pans, pots, air fryer, and rice cooker) is available for use. *Whenever I buy kimchi, I get a 5 kg pack, so I can share a reasonable amount with you. I start work early, so I wake up at 5:30 a.m. to get ready and leave home at 7:30 a.m. I would prefer someone who is not a light sleeper. Please be considerate and keep noise down after 9 p.m. Move-in date: After October 30 Single room + electricity, water, and internet included: $280 1 week advance + 3 weeks bond 3 weeks notice
