Whether you've never touched an espresso machine or you've always wanted to pour your first heart, this class is designed for complete beginners.

What makes this lesson unique is that it takes place during real café operating hours—at the café's quietest time of the day. You'll experience the atmosphere of a working café while learning in a calm, relaxed environment, giving you a genuine glimpse into what it's like to be behind the coffee machine.

During the class, you'll learn:

One of the best parts? Every coffee you make during the class is yours to taste, so you can experience how your technique affects the flavour as well as the appearance.

Towards the end of the session, you'll also have the opportunity to make a drink using premium specialty coffee beans. You'll prepare your own café-quality coffee, pour your latte art, and take it away in a takeaway cup—just like a real barista.
